They provided me with everything I needed, including clean towels and hot water for my showers. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy for me to stay connected with family and friends during my Christmas stay.

The room was quite basic and not as clean as I had expected. The bed sheets and towels seemed a bit used and dirty.
